AGR Resin of Xinjiang Zhongtai Chemical Fukang Energy Company successfully passed the National Standard Project Evaluation 2020/10/28
Recently, Xinjiang Zhongtai Chemical Fukang Energy Company (hereinafter referred to as "Fukang Energy ") acrylic copolymerized polyvinyl chloride resin (hereinafter referred to as" AGR resin ") successfully passed the national standard project evaluation, marking the first independent R & D production of Sino-Thai chemical products by the national standard project. According to the understanding, AGR resin is a kind of special anti-scour polyvinyl chloride resin developed for the disadvantage of low impact strength of universal polyvinyl chloride resin. It is a modified polyvinyl chloride resin formed by in-situ grafting polymerization of polyacrylic acid elastomer and vinyl chloride monomer. It has excellent impact resistance, wear resistance, aging resistance, good insulation, flame retardant and corrosion resistance of engineering plastics

1月2日晚間，中泰化學(xué)公告稱，當(dāng)日召開(kāi)的證監(jiān)會(huì)發(fā)審委會(huì)議審核通過(guò)了公司非公開(kāi)發(fā)行股票的申請(qǐng)。再融資政策松綁的背景下，中泰化學(xué)（002092）歷時(shí)2年半的定增方案終于獲得監(jiān)管層放行。記者了解到，中泰化學(xué)此次定增擬募集資金總額不超過(guò)39.2億元，扣除發(fā)行費(fèi)用后將分別投向高性能樹脂產(chǎn)業(yè)園及配套基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)項(xiàng)目和托克遜電石二期項(xiàng)目；其中，前者擬使用募集資金25億元，后者擬使用募集資金14.2億元。中泰化學(xué)董事長(zhǎng)王洪欣（左五
